Room C is in a quiet and safe community home. Close to Disneyland, Convention center Angel Stadium, UCI, UCI Medical Center and John Wayne Airport. Only 2 miles to Tustin Marketplace with grocery supermarket, restaurants/coffee shops/theater, etc, and only 2 miles to freeway 5, 405, 55, 57 and 22. also only 30 minute to the beach. Your security deposit is your first time rent amount if you are chosen for rent, so that's all I need. If there is anything that you need, please feel free to ask. Before you're moving in, there are a few things that you should notice: - In the house, I keep the floor so clean that you can walk without shoes. Please pick up the shoes and put them on the rack as you can walk barefoot around. In your room, there will be slippers that you can use to walk around inside the house. TIP: If you're guests of room A and B, then I recommend you walking around the second floor barefoot. Leaving your sandals below the stairs. Only for the second floor! Please don't put sandals on the shoes rack but put them next to the rack. - In the kitchen era, there is a small sink that dispenses alkaline drinking water. There is also an electric kettle nearby. All of these are free to use. TIP: Chopsticks in the tray are reusable and don't throw them away!! Next to the tray, there are disposable chopsticks which are wrapped. - If toilet papers are running out, please let me know. - You can even walk barefoot in the house as well. - Please don't burn anything inside the room! No smoking! - Let's me know a day before check-out if you ever has the intention to extend your stay. - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep your room and house as very clean as you can!! There are cleaning tools in the laundry area that you can use to clean the place. - Of course, the laundry is also free but remember to finish your laundry because there may be others waiting for you to complete your laundry. - The items for house cleaning are in the laundry area like vacuum cleaner. Feel free to use them to clean your space. - The vent should be never closed in any scenario as the smart thermostat needs it being opened to regulate the temperature across the house. The vent must remained open! - Please remember to take care of the trash from trash cans inside your room and kitchen, if trash cans are full. Take full trash bags to throw into the trash carts (blue) outside the house. If your trashes are paper or cardboard, then you can put them separately into the recycleable carts (green) but remember to read description on the cart. After that, you can retrieve new trash bags from the kitchen - look at the signs. Change the new trash bags into your trash cans. - Just remember to read the label on the trash carts outside before disposing your trash. "Trash only" label in blue color should accept all types of trash. "Yard waste only" in grey color is not for you to put anything inside. The green color is also depending on the types of trash, so read carefully to sort out your trash. Sometimes, you will see "Recycleable only" that accepts glass, plastic, paper, cardboard trashes. TIP: Be careful with food. Please don't leave food waste around after finishing your meals. Carefully wrap the waste into your bags, and throw them in the blue color trash cart outside the house to prevent any pest problem to arise. - After eating and using the kitchen, please clean up everything. Especially the kitchenwares along with plates and bowls as well as everything that was used. They all need to cleaned after using the kitchen. - Dispose your food in both your mini-fridge and main fridge after checking-out. Return any utensils that you took from the kitchen back to their original places - TIP: Your toilet will not fully flush sometimes, and the water pumping noise will continue endlessly that you can't flush. Don't worry! It's likely that the toilet bowl cleaner is stuck in toilet tank - stuck around the seal/flapper. You can solve issue by placing the bowl cleaner back to the far edge of the tank that doesn't anything within the toilet tank. The cleaner is crucial to keep the toilet bowl clean through flushing blue chemical, please don't remove it. PLEASE BE QUIET AT NIGHT AND MINDFUL OF THE NOISE WITHIN YOUR ROOM! You might disturb other guests, and let me know if there is noisy disturbance nearby. When coming into the house, please put your footwear on the rack and use the purple sandals next to rack to walk around the house.
