Room D is in a quiet and safe community home. Close to Disneyland, Convention center, Angel Stadium, UCI, UCI Medical Center and John Wayne Airport. It is very close to Tustin Marketplace with restaurants and coffee shops and easy access to freeway 5, 55, 57, 405 and 22. It is the center of all the freeways. Very convenient location. This location is also a 30 minute drive to the beach. - Please don't walk with your shoes and scandals inside the house - Please use the provided slippers inside the house to walk - I always want to keep the floor clean, so people can walk barefoot or with slippers within the house. - Don't use the in-house slippers outside the house. - You are expected to keep your own room clean. For private rooms, I have installed self-service stations with the necessary equipment for you to clean your own rooms. Self-service stations are in every bathroom. - You're expected to change your own trash bags in your rooms as well as the common area (kitchen). Please take your trash bags and throw them in the WM trash canisters on the left of the driveway (in front of the main entrance, there is a white fence door where the trash cans are) - Report to me if you run out of supplies, then I will show your where they are for you to change. Like toilet papers, detergents, cleaning supplies,.... - I have labeled the supplies and items in the kitchen. For the trash bag in the main trash (big) can, there is always a specialized trashbag for this size. It will safely sit on the kitchen table. - Please do BURN ANYTHING INSIDE THE HOUSE including incenses or cigarettes! - Let's me know a day before check-out if you ever has the intention to extend your stay. - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep your room and house as very clean as you can!! There are cleaning tools in the laundry area that you can use to clean the place. - Of course, the laundry is also free but remember to finish your laundry because there may be others waiting for you to complete your laundry.
