It includes a private sitting area out front surrounded by our lovely garden. The home is across from a park, 2 blocks from the former Johnson and Wales campus and minutes to the Anschutz medical campus and university (2 miles). The apartment is FULLY FURNISHED, INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES and WIFI and is available on a short-term, flexible basis. It is located at the garden level of our historic 1912 home with 2 completely separate entry doors. It has been completely updated and has a private entry in front, another out to the back yard. With three large divided light windows in the living room, light streams into this open layout. We have central heat and a/c, but for additional comfort and charm we also have a charming vintage-style gas heater. The kitchen and bathroom are large and spacious, with the kitchen updated with upper glass IKEA cabinets and fully outfitted for the cook. (Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dish ware, pots and pans ) There is a washer/dryer in a separate laundry room accessed through this unit and at this point, used exclusively by this unit. The apartment is totally secure with locked doors to the laundry and secure entrances front and back. The apartment is ideal for the business person in town for a short period, an intern or student in town temporarily, a visitor to the area or someone in transition. You only need a suitcase, everything else is provided, including linens, sheets and towels. Beautifully furnished apartment includes everything: furniture, dishes, towels, bed linens, tv etc. Rent also includes all utilities, trash and wifi. Flexible, pro-rated monthly rent. No more than two people. We prefer shorter rental periods with 30 days notice from either guest or landlord.
