There is a private porch/balcony off the bedroom, offering both sunrise and sunset views over the marsh. A spacious queen quest room with attached bath, is located at the opposite end of the hallway, adjacent to the back staircase. The home1/2s layout offers everyone both great privacy and togetherness! Special note1/2Marsh Hawk is equipped with its own elevator making move ins and move outs especially convenient.
