Beautiful home nestled in a quiet lakefront neighborhood. This neighborhood is perfect, it is surrounded by a lake and huge farms so there will not be any new neighborhoods built near. The neighborhood is a one road in/out, so there is no traffic. HOA fees are a mere $75 per year, and with this you get a key to the private dock and boat ramp, along with a small lakefront park where our HOA meetings take place over crawfish boils and fish frys. There is a group of about 15 deer that inhabit our neighborhood, and they are beautiful to watch from our back porch with a nice cup of Joe. Grocery stores are 5 miles away.
