Living Room includes piano, television and couch that turns into a comfy double bed in 3 seconds flat. Office includes desk, hutch and coat rack. Area rugs throughout. Mudroom includes washer, dryer, beer fridge and lots of hooks and storage. Basement includes a comfy grotto in middle-eastern style and a big storage area. Street: You lucked out. We have a tight-knit community whose good deeds include: package pickup, snow-blowing, home-baked cookies and happy hour hosting. Outside: We have a small yard, a trampoline, a rope swing, a hammock, potters table, a rock-water feature, three patio spaces, a pergola, a little free library, lots of outdoor furniture and a two car garage, plus street parking. Neighborhood: sushi, mexican, burgers, and so many more restaurants......a lot of coffee shops, cannabis, bars, retail, yoga, gas, library, park, gym, public pool, veterinarian, lightrail, seasonal farmers market, and MUCH MORE....all 5-10 minute walk. Five minute drive to University of Denver, I-25, Santa Fe corridor. Also a block from the bus line. Extras: Potential Vehicle Lease ;-) Two car garage parking plus plenty of spots on street, $500 pet deposit required. Gas, electric, water and high speed internet are not included and are about $215 per month.
