The cleaning fee is a non-negotiable added cost of $400 per month added to the published monthly rental fee. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the home or on the property. No subleasing of rooms. This is NOT a party house. There will be zero tolerance for parties or events. We are part of a nice, quiet neighborhood and expect all tenants to be respectful of neighbors at all times.
