As part of the interior maintenance of the home, Landlord sends professional cleaners twice a month to the property ensuring the cleanliness of the interior is maintained to the owner's standards. The cleaning fee is an added cost of $200 per month added to the published monthly rental fee unless tenant chooses to do their own cleaning upon Landlord approval.
