The home consists of a King size bed in Master suite, Trundle bed with two comfy twin mattresses in second bedroom and a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the first floor third bedroom. Two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, along with two full bathrooms. Note: Per City of Tarpon Springs rental policy, the minimum lease term is 42 nights (6 weeks). Owner pays all utilities... water, electricity, internet, etc. Seaside Cottage comes fully furnished. Pets are welcome, must be approved. No smoking inside the house allowed. Pet fee of $200 per pet for the duration of the lease.
