My lease for this apartment ends on August 31st, so you will sublet the place until then with a monthly rent of 1850. If you wish to extend the lease, the rent after August 31 will be 1975 a month. This is a penthouse apartment on the top floor. The bottom two stories are used as offices so you will be the only one who lives here. The apartment has a very good location and is spacious. I would like to know your move-in date and your credit score at first, then I will need to check your employment and as well as getting a past landlord reference. No pets of any kind. Thank you!
