Overview
What the owner loves about this home
Everything! We totally renovated this house from top to bottom for ourselves and unfortunately we need to move. We love the open floor plan with the chef’s kitchen and the four perfect size bedrooms and equally great size Office. I used this large room as my home office. This could actually be a first floor bedroom. We have a finished full walk-out lower level that was great for the kids as they grew up; for the teenagers and as a playroom in the beginning. We fenced in the backyard with two cool gates on each side. One is large enough for the lawnmower to come in and it was great for dogs and small children. It also has beautiful landscaping for privacy. We have so much space back there for lawn furniture with a heater and fire pit and still tons of space to play. Probably my favorite part is the deck; a new Azek deck with lighted balusters; perfect size for eight people at the table and lounge chairs too. It’s amazing to live on a cul-de-sac and all the kids outside play like old days; games often with the basketball hoop and kids drawing with chalk. We landscaped the front beautifully and we planted a Japanese maple tree. We love the location near the duck pond, to walk our dogs or relax on a bench. The waterfalls and trails are fabulous to walk your dog or hike. You can walk to all three schools; elementary, middle and high schools and 10-15 minute walk to the train station and town. We will miss this home so much. We will also miss our wonderful neighbors.
We hope someone else will recreate memories here. It’s a fabulous home to love and cherish and create memories in.
