The neighbors are wonderful. - WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RENTALS AVAILABLE - The home is perfect for a small family just moving to DC, a wedding party spending the week together, a professional in need of a short-term home. Bloomingdale is a few blocks from the convention center, and the downtown district and National Mall (the museums and monuments) are a short bike ride, or 30 minute walk. GETTING AROUND - The home is directly on the R street bike trail (that leads to the Metro Branch Trail, Union Station, and downtown). The DC bike-share is across the street, and you can easily rent bicycles and scooters if you need. The Shaw Metro Station and NOMA metro are both within walking distance (a 12 minute walk). And bus service is available across the street. Many people also use Uber or other rideshare services which are available within minutes.
