It is situated in close proximity to food, shopping, entertainment and medical care. The house comes fully furnished and contains a fully equipped kitchen. We provided new linens upon arrival in the home. The home has 2 AC units to maximum comfort. Included in the price of the home are the utilities up to $500 and a weekly gardener. This beautiful home comes with a weekly Gardner. All pet waste must be picked up prior to their arrival. Waste needs to be disposed of in the outside trash bins. Then the bins will need to be placed on the street for removal every Friday. Cancellation Policy: Firm To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If a guest cancels after that, guests forfeit 100% of their payment. If a guest cancels with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation when the guest cancels, guests forfeit 100% of their payment. Parking: 3 car garage with a large driveway and street parking. There is NO smoking in or near the home. The house comes with new linens and it the guests responsibility to wash those linens during their stay since there are no maid services provided during the stay. However, there is a cleaning fee of $500 after the entire length of your stay. This lease must be at least 30 days!! Quiet time starts at 10pm and ends at 7am.
