I am a very laid-back and benevolent soul which makes this an ideal situation for a similar student or single professional seeking a no-hassle quiet living situation. I typically spend 70-80% of my time out of town from May through August at my Lakehouse. The backyard is completely fenced-in with a fire pit, grill with dining table, and deck bar for entertaining small groups of friends.
