It does not include stains, burns, gouges, broken fixtures, pet damage, or excessive dirt. - Tenant shall return the premises in a professionally cleaned condition, including but not limited to: all appliances (interior and exterior), bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, windows, and floors. Tenant shall provide a receipt from a licensed cleaning service upon move-out, or Landlord reserves the right to arrange professional cleaning and deduct the cost from the security deposit. - A move-in condition checklist signed by both parties at lease commencement shall serve as the baseline reference for move-out condition assessment.
