    Wonderful little home in the trending Camden neighborhood of North Minneapolis. Just one bedroom and one bathroom, but perfect for a couple or a single professional. Cute, cozy, and affordable: you get an entire house, yard, and car-and-a-half garage all to yourself for basically the price of an apartment! Freshly painted throughout. The airy living room has tons of natural light. The kitchen isn't large, but has all the essentials, including a refrigerator, an apartment sized range, and double-sink with garbage disposal. There is a full bathroom with modest storage space, and the bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed. The basement is finished, although the ceiling is just under 7-feet high and the floor is a bit uneven. However, there are four additional rooms down there, including a laundry room, that can be used for storage, entertainment, an office, and/or a hobby room. The neighborhood is terrific, boasting a grocery store, a coffee shop, a library, a parkway, and a corner store. A few blocks further down is an expansive park with tennis courts and a natural swimming pool. Easy access to I-94, I-694, and Hwy 100. Also on, or close to, multiple bus lines. Rent is essentially $1200/month plus utilities IF tenants take care of the yardwork and the snow shoveling. First and last month's rent is required along with a $700 security deposit. Zillow applications will be accepted; however, the landlord will also require his application be submitted as well before full consideration is given. The house is not approved by Section-8 or to receive similar subsidies. The house will be rented out on a month-to-month basis. It is the landlord's intention to attract a long-term tenant, and as long as the rent is regularly paid and the lease obligations are met, the lease will be extended each month. If either party wishes to end the lease, a minimum 30-day notice must be given; however, the notice will not go into effect until the last day of the month in which it was given (e.g., if you want to move out on Dec. 31st, you must provide notice before November 30th). All utilities will be placed in the tenant's name except the city's water, trash and sewer bill. That bill will be kept in the landlord's name and the tenant will be billed an estimated amount in advance each month. Any credits/debits owed when the bill arrives will be settled the following month. The actual rent amount will be $1400/mo., but a yard/snow care credit of $200 will be given at the end of each month during which yard/snow service is satisfactorily provided by the tenant. This effectively makes the rent just $1200/mo. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the porch. No pets are allowed.
