You will want to spend time relaxing in the shade and enjoying the breeze while you read a book, sit with a cup of coffee, or entertain friends. The deck is nearly as large as the interior space, and has a great view of the treetops and the Orlando Urban Trail in the distance. It's somewhat like a treehouse. You'll forget that you're in the middle of a large city. It's a great bonus space and truly adds value to the apartment. The Orlando Urban Trail is directly across the street in front of the home. To your left, the trail will lead you onto the Walking bridge over Lake Formosa and into Loch Haven Park, where several festivals and cultural events are hosted by the City each year. You will also find the Orlando Science Center, Orlando Art Museum, and Orlando''s Civic Theaters there. Go all the way through the park and you will find the Orlando Advent Health Campus and a SunRail Station. There's a free parking garage there too if you want to zip over, park your car, and hop on the train. If you head to your right the Urban Trail will lead you directly to the Fresh Market just up the block. You'll also find several restaurants, bars, and even a couple of brew pubs. Navigate up Mills Ave to multiple eateries and local hang outs like Will's Pub, Wally's, Hawker's, Tako Cheena, King Cajun, and Pig Floyd's. Excessive utility consumption may result in an increase in the monthly utility expense and be billed back to the tenant for reimbursement. Tenant is responsible for their own internet service.
