We are a fun, goofy family of 6 (!) with a wonderful home in Platt Park. We are living abroad for a year, starting at the end of this summer, and are renting out our home furnished while we are gone. It is a fantastic place for families, with a slide and tree fort in the backyard, kid-friendly furniture and an easy walk to Asbury Elementary and Grant Middle schools. The light rail, old South Pearl Street, Platt and Wash parks, Decker library, etc. are all just a few blocks away! It's a friendly, safe and loving neighborhood for anyone to live. The current configuration of our home and bedrooms is: Upstairs - Master BR w/king sleigh bed, Attached nursery with toddler bed, Master bath w/laundry Main floor - Living, dining and kitchen areas (open floor plan), bathroom with shower, newly refinished kitchen which opens onto the back patio with grill and outdoor seating. The kitchen island seats 7. Front BR: twin with trundle (converts to king), Second BR: full bed. Finished basement - Huge rec room with sectional sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, office area, 1/2 bath, storage space, BR with twin bunk beds We are happy to rearrange beds to accommodate our tenants and will work with you to decide how much of our amenities (e.g. kitchen supplies, linens, kiddo toys & books etc.) you would like to have for your use. Each bedroom has at least 1 spacious dresser in addition to closet space.
