All necessities are payed for but electricity (only variable) which changes whether in the winter or warmer seasons (Typically $25 - $30 per month). Other thing is Renters insurance which is $15 per month. Pet fees are also present (One time payment of $300 and monthly fees of $30). Must be ok with smoking, though the smell is gone pretty soon after. Furnishing include in the room is (one desk, a chair, one bed frame (with firm mattress), two small dressers stacked to make a decently sized dresser. I suggest you bring Storage bins for clothes or extra storage. (Pets will be approved by the roommates currently living there)
