I've already paid for the months of April and May so you'll be living rent free for the first couple months. It's $600/mo, free parking in the parking lot. Its a four bedroom, two bath apartment. You'd be living with 3 (very chill) girls and sharing a bathroom with one of them. They keep the place very nice. The lease ends in august.. unless you want to sign for another year.
