This is a basement apartment that is connected to the main house and thus listed as "roommate", though you will have sole access to the basement space (with the exceptions as discussed: when retrieving seasonal items from storage and for any utility access, with at least 48 hours prior notice to you). The basement space has its own private entrance through the back alley that is well-lit and backs up to a senior housing complex. The basement space is spacious with all modern amenities and a brand new high capacity washer and dryer. There are two windows in the bedroom and two windows in the living room. Utilities will be included in rent and remain static. For a small fee, you are welcome to join our wifi mesh network. You will receive a key to the front foyer doors for packages and mail. Alternatively, I am happy to slide your mail under the basement door that separates our units and place packages at the top of your interior stairs. While major repairs and upgrades may require additional time and planning, I am committed to ensuring that your apartment is well maintained and as comfortable as possible. My goal is to provide a safe, functional, and comfortable place for you to live. No smoking allowed on premises
