The apartment is fully renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit. We are in a great building with 2 pools, 24 hour gym, and rooftop lounge with views of all of LA.The bedroom also has it's own bathroom with 2 sinks, and stand up shower (no bathtub). Parking is underground, we have a tandem space that comes with the apartment, so you will have 1 space included in the rent.Utilities are also not included, they average around $20-$30 each month per person.*Deposit is $500 (refundable)
