It's just a minute walk from Runyon Canyon. This is a lease takeover, or actually, you would just sign a new lease with the management. My current lease expires in Aug 2018, so I'm looking for someone who would qualify for the apartment and could take it over once I turn in my 30-day notice. The price I gave is an estimate as my rent currently is higher, but because of the season their apartments are going lower and you wouldn't be paying the same rate.
