We have off street parking. This home is a Queer family safe space. You will have a private room with a shared bathroom. We have a funky upright piano and a large set of crystal meditation bowls for anyone to use. We also have a guest room for friends and family that come to visit. The rent and utility fee covers water, sewer, gas, electricity, internet, multiple streaming channels, onsite free laundry, trash, grounds maintenance, off-street parking, snow removal and common cleaning supplies. The house is walking distance to groceries, the Cherry Creek running trail, and right next to Cook Park and Rec Center. There is a small amount of space inside for storage of a few personal items. Bedrooms are not furnished. Utilities are $150/mo. Security Deposit is $800. Total to move in: 1st months Rent $800 + 1st months utilities $150 + Security Deposit $800 = $1750 No late payments. I am a co-signer for two of my kids in Seattle, and I cannot afford to add another person to my budget. Do not ask me to float you, ask your own Mama. This room for rent is a Tenancy at Will agreement. Although a 6 month commitment would be ideal, I completely understand life happens. So this really is a month to month situation. I want to uplift my tenants, not push them down and get what I can out of them.
