Very close to 7th st and Bell which has 3 large shopping plazas. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment located on the second floor. There is only two floors so there is nobody above you. Laundry facility located in same building so doing laundry is only a matter of walking down to first floor. This is a gated community. You will be given gate card as well as personal gate code to get into community. The apartment is all vinyl wood flooring. NO CARPET. This makes for great cleanup. Master bedroom is beyond large and can fit any size bed comfortably. Master bedroom has own bathroom equipped with shower. Bathtub is in second bathroom located right off hallway. Covered parking spot is extreamley close to apartment. Apartment is located right next to gate so no driving deep into complex after getting home from long day. Mailboxes, pool, and fitness center located right across from building so very convient to access any of the three. Maintenence crew is amazing and respond very quickly.
