The rental unit is equipped with a Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector equipped with fresh batteries. It is the tenant's responsibility to replace the batteries each year or as needed. Smoking in the rental unit is prohibited. Outside smoking is allowed. Debris from smoking is tenant's responsibility. Tenant should make sure that their visitors park in front of the tenant's rental unit or in the carport access area and not block the driveway for other tenants. No pets are allowed on the property.
