The watering and keeping green of the landscaped area surrounding the Rental Unit is the responsibility of the Tenant. Hoses and sprinklers are provided by the Owner. The Owner is responsible for Water/Sewer Services, Gas Services, Lawn Maintenance and Pest Control Services as part of the base rent. No pets are allowed.
