This townhouse is only 5 to 7 minutes from UNCW college not to mention Wrightsville Beach is only about 10 to 15 minutes away. The townhouse is in the Tara Court Community and you also get free parking. The beautiful and spacious townhouse has been just renovated so it boasts all wood floors as well as the entire place has been repainted and pretty much everything in the place is newly renovated with new toilets and vanities and mirrors etc. The lease will go until July of 2025 With the option to renew if you're in good standing and rent is $700 monthly and there is a $200 security deposit as well as a small pet fee depending on the pet and the breed if it's a dog and whether the animal is potty trained or only a few months old. The landlord does collect the first months rent and last month rent up front as well as the security deposit and any pet deposit. Utilities which are the water, sewer, electric, and Wi-Fi will be split equally each month between the three tenants.
