It is AVAILABLE NOW. THE SPACE * 1 Bed, 1 Bath (i.e. your own/not a shared bathroom) * Size: The room measures roughly 10ft by 12ft (115'x119'). The room closet measures roughly 2ft by 5ft (22'x59'). It is on the smaller side, but should be able to comfortably fit a queen-sized bed and a desk. The overall sqft of the home is 1200 sqft. Common spaces included, your total living area is at least 650 sqft. * Location: It's right next to Cal Anderson park so, in my humble opinion, the location really can't be beat. Examples: * Commute: 4 minute walk to the Capitol Hill Link station and the Route 8/10/Trailhead Direct (for avid hikers!) bus hub. 8 minute walk to the North Cap Hill Connector stop to Microsoft. * Farmer's Market: 4 minute walk to the weekly Capitol Hill Farmer's Market near the Link station (and there are additional retail spaces that were just added that will hopefully be filling up with businesses) * Gym: 4 minute walk to Rain City Fit * Groceries Galore: 5 minute walk to m2m mart, 10 minute walk to QFC Broadway (the 'nice' one), 11 minute walk to Safeway, 11 minute walk to Central Co-Op, 12 minute walk to TJ's, 23 minute walk to Whole Foods (I make this walk every Sunday) * Restaurants & Shopping: 5 minute walk to the Pike/Pine corridor or 5 minutes to Broadway, if that's more your thing * Park: 1 minute walk to Cal Anderson * Appliances: - In-room mini-split AC w/ remote (heating & cooling) - Gas burners + oven - Bosch dishwasher (super strong) - In-unit washer/dryer (right next to your room) - A roomba for the living room * Full kitchen access (obviously -- but, depending on usage, we may want to coordinate/schedule use) * Kitchen patio with grill * Rooftop deck * Outdoor gas fixtures (for grilling) * South-facing and lots of natural light (you'll need all the light you can get here ) * Parking: an RPZ permit (for street parking) is available at this address * The common areas are fully furnished (well, nearly I'm in the process of getting a few tasteful pieces) and in the process of being decorated For any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to reach out to me via email. This will be divided evenly between both tenants, unless another agreement is reached. Costs vary between $110-160 depending on the time of year and usage. - Tenant will be required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.
