Or, it can be rented "flex-furnished", meaning I can remove and store pieces of furniture, decor, and supplies that you won't need or don't want. It's an ideal situation for those living in DC temporarily, working on the Hill (staffers, interns), graduate students and visiting scholars at GWU, AU, or Georgetown.
