A background check is required for the application which includes a 20 dollar processing fee. The money will go towards your first month's rent if the background check clears and you want to proceed with the process. Room mates are okay, but all applying tenants must bring ID, and complete a rental application along with $20 for each additional person. No more than 3 tenants are allowed in the unit at any time. We do not accept tenants with any evictions, bankruptcies or criminal history. All tenants must make at least $2500 a month and have a reliable source of income and stable work history. We do not accept pets and the unit is a non smoking building. Tenant is responsible for trash, recycling and snow shoveling. Heat electric and water is not included with rent, but one parking space is included in a garage, and laundry hook ups are available in the basement.
