We are looking for a new roommate in our 2 story 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath house. I'm a 34 y/o male working at home as a salesperson. My wife is a 28 y/o registered nurse and both of us live in the Master Bedroom. The 3rd housemate is a 32 y/o male Nurse who works the graveyard shift. We also have 2 adorable hypoallergenic mixed poodles. Hope you like dogs! ALL utilities are INCLUDED in rent. Your Room: 12' x 13' Unfurnished Bedroom with small walk in closet upstairs. You will have your own Private Bathroom that is near the room. Furnished room photos posted to show what it previously looked like. You are welcome to utilize all the amenities in the home which include: Smart House with multiple Alexa Echos (to turn on TV/lights), Ring, & August Lock Full Kitchen Living Room with big screen TV Washer & Dryer Garden Plenty of street parking Sorry but no couples or pets. All Utilities included. We prefer long term tenants but can do month to month lease.
