You will have access to kitchen dining room living room (with fireplace and TV) washer and dryer in the garage area. Looking for a student or a working professional who has a steady income clean quiet and non-smoker. I do work from home and prefer you do not work from home. You can easily get to the following destinations within 10-15 mins; Mira Costa College Palomar College Cal State of San Marcos university GIA Palomar Airport Camp Pendleton Oceanside Harbor and many beaches around :-) I am looking for a SINGLE roommate who has a very MINIMUM of guest visit.
