North Ave. bus picks up down the street, street parking is ample in front of the house, and there's a Divvy station on the corner. Available August for a 12 month rental (early move-in may be possible upon request). $2,750 base rent, plus $250 monthly utility to cover gas (boiler heater system, hot water). The only utility other utility is electricity (lights, HVAC) which averages around $50 a month (2024-2025).
