Diamond in the rough! Very nice property, but in disrepair since hurricane Katrina, several inoperable greenhouses, pool needs replacing, wood deck needs repair. Pretty grounds with lots of azealas, hardwoods and fruit trees, partial pasture, lake with crosswalk and gazebo, several piers, wrought iron fencing, very old mobile home on southern back boundry-usable with little value. Sold as is.
