Each of the three bedrooms has access to its own bathroom, making the layout a great fit for a family, couple, or group of friends looking to live together. The location is hard to beat: Safeway is directly across the street, Trader Joe's is a 10-minute walk, PCC is a 7-minute walk, and the bars and restaurants of the Pike/Pine corridor are about 15 minutes away on foot. Two Microsoft Connector stops the Madrona Valley and Capitol Hill stops are each about a 5-minute walk away. Major bus lines, including the rapid G line, 2, 8, 11, 43, and 48, are also within a 5-minute walk. Rent is $4,100 per month, plus utilities.
