A fully furnished and private bedroom, shared kitchen, family room, yard, porch, internet (with Netflix, Amazon in the family room). The neighborhood is covenant controlled which requires yard maintenance ie:grass cutting, and snow removal in winter. If I am out of town, and resident has to be responsible enough to be an interactive in taking care of yard and/or snow removal at all times. I prefer a friendly, financially responsible, professional person, who avoids drama, and who is mature and animal friendly - I have 2 dogs (one foster). I am looking for a peaceful and clean person to share my home. You will be expected to keep your own living space clean and organized, and to clean your room and bathroom at least once weekly. If you use common areas, kitchen, dishes, etc. you will be need to clean up after yourself at all times. I will not be your maid. A security deposit is required and the cost of utilities are shared - you pay a portion of the cost of water/electricity/gas/internet bills each month. The home is walking distance to a beautiful recreation center, grocery, Starbucks, regular and fast food restaurants. Please no drug use, smoking or excessive drinking. I require a lease of 12 months. At the end of your lease it reverts to month to month. A 30 day notice to vacate is required.
