I have large room that has hardwood floors, ceiling fan, two large closets and a view of the Bay bridge. The room is sunny, unfinished and on the second floor to a beautiful Victorian in the Bayview area of San Francisco. The house features a level deck and a large back yard with a fire pit and lots of flowers . There is a garden in the front of those and the street is safe . The neighbors are wonderful. The kitten is well appointed with lots of cabinets and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms in the house and upstair room shares the bathroom with one other person. No smoking is allowed . The rental is month to month. The house and street are quiet. Tenants must be respectful of the house. The house is kept clean. A tenants privacy is respected.
