There isn't a 2 hour parking permit required in this area but parking can be tight since this is an up and coming neighborhood. The T-line is less than a block as well the 24 bus which goes to the Castro. The house also has a back yard and patio with a propane heater, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. We are looking for someone a little more settled and respectful of this 100 year old fragile home that has a working artist and a personal chef for small families living here. We like to maintain a Bohemian, respectful "live and let live" vibe. There is a beautiful view of the garden in back. The room has a hard wood floor and is very sunny.
