The downstairs bathroom has been recently updated with a heated floor, a brightly renovated walk-in shower stall, and includes a stackable washer and dryer. Aidenn's Cabin is a ski lovers' dream with nearby resorts including Palisades / Alpine Meadows Ski Resort (15 - 20 minute drive), Homewood Mountain Resort (6 - 8 minute drive), and Northstar at Tahoe (30 - 35 minute drive). Nearby Paige Meadows offers snowshoeing / cross-country skiing during the winter months and the Tahoe City Nordic Center is less than 10 minutes from the cabin. Available for winter ski lease starting either December 1, 2026 (5 month minimum) or January 4, 2027 (4 month minimum) - Rent is $3,300 per month and includes driveway snow removal and internet access. - Tenants to assume electricity and gas throughout lease term. - First Month's Rent & One Month's Security Deposit Due at Lease Signing. - Dog's negotiable with additional $1,000 pet deposit.
