Employment: Six months current employment with verification and stability and/or employment history must have a good pattern if new job. 6. Applicants must have an established rental history. a. Exceptions will be made for individuals moving out on their own for the first time. An exception will also be made for those moving from home ownership to a rental situation. b. In some cases a co-signer may be required. 7. If applicants are applying as roommates, the denial of one applicant will result in all applicants being denied. 8.
