Landlord provides pest control services every 3 months, lawncare and property maintenance. We require a one-year lease agreement. No other animals other than dogs. The renter will be responsible for the utilities. (Electric, water, trash & internet) These are non-smoking apartments. Do not inquire if you are a smoker. Marijana and vaping is smoking. I have my own application for you to fill out, no need to do the Zillow one. I will check your references, employment and past rental history. I don't require renters' insurance, but if you do carry it, I would like a copy of your policy.
