KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen with brand new stove and countertops opens into the family room and features common appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave) as well as a wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster oven, ice maker, crock pot, blender and tea kettle. It has plenty of "everyday" dishes, formal dishes, glassware, barware, pots and pans and even a crock pot to enjoy home cooked meals. Eating area is adorned by a crystal light chandelier and looks out onto the pool area. Pendant lights hang over the kitchen bar and subtle LED lights provide an ambient glow around the breakfast bar at dusk. GUEST BEDROOM #1: First guest bedroom is on par with the master bedroom and situated on the opposite side of the property. GUEST BEDROOM #2: Second guest bedroom is designed for children and teens, but can certainly be utilized by adults. It features bunk beds as well as an additional full size bed.
