Our furnished townhome is at Sunland golf course community. We are a short walk to the putting green, the pro shop, the restaurant, and the golf course. The community also has pickleball and tennis courts and a private beach. You enter the home through a gated enclosed patio. The home is bright, colorful and filled with art. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The living area is at tree top level and feels like you are in a tree house. There is a deck outside the living room. The kitchen has high end appliances and a 22 foot quartz counter. There is a small eating area at one end and a larger table in the dining area. The downstairs is a huge area with big tv and work area/office, a full bathroom and kitchenette. The house has a ton of storage. It has room for one car in the garage and you can park in the driveway. The washer and dryer are in the garage. No smoking. No pets. We pay all utilities in luding garbage. We pay heat/air conditioning up to $150.00. Renter is liable for all expenses over $150.00 of heat/air conditioning. We have a heat pump. There is also a propane fireplace. The tank will be full when moving in. Renter will pay to fill it when moving out. We do not pay internet. Landscape care is provided. There is a bar b que on ground level patio. Three month minimum rental. We pay utilities and heat up to $150.00 month Propane for fireplace will be full upon rental and renter pays to refill it when leaving. Washer and dryer in garage. One car can park in garage and one in driveway. Nonrefundable cleaning fee..$175.00 No smoking No pets
