We have owned this home since 2008. Since purchasing this home we have had the windows replaced with new Viwinco storm windows in 2009. Replaced the shingles in July 2014 with lifetime dimensional shingles with a 30 year transferrable warranty through Patriot Roofing. New soffit and gutters in July 2012. Had installed a Bryant 80% gas furnace in Nov 2012. All appliances are included with the purchase of the home, including washer/dryer, a new LG fridge purchased in Dec 2015, stovetop, oven and dishwasher.
