Heys guys! We am looking for a 3rd roommate in our brand new remodeled home in the Washington park area. It is a small downstairs room (Aprox 7x9ft) with a brand new window, recessed light, mounted tv, attached shared bathroom and a closet. The house features shared downstairs bathroom, 2nd living room(you will have to yourself), parking, central air/heat, brand new appliances, In unit-laundry, new flooring , new bathrooms, front porch, garage with ping pong table and a huge backyard with BBQ grill. The house is 5 minute walk from the light rail, 4 blocks from DU, Wash park, and Pearl Street, really awesome location! The utilities are split by all 3 roommates which ends up being on average about $100 a month. It is available July 25th Looking for a 12 month lease commitment! No pets or couples, we are just looking for 1 roommate! A little bit about us! My current roommate and I like to watch football on Sundays and play sports whenever we can. We love to snowboard/ski and be outdoors as much as possible. We also like to throw on a good movie or tv show on lazy days. My roommate works at an office during the day and I work from home.
