This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps to the free city bus or park your car in our heated garage. We are located .5 mile to Whistler park for relaxation and an easy mile walk to the mountain. Available March 14 - Dec. 5 only. Monthly rent $3,500/month for 6 month lease term. Monthly rent negotiable for 7 and 8 month lease. Sorry, it is not available for a 12 month lease. One dog permitted. No cats. The first floor contains a large garage suitable for a average car and bike/ski storage. A large bench sits along the back wall to easily take off any hiking or ski boots before entering the home. After entering the house via the garage, you enter a hallway with a full size laundry and cleaning supplies on the right and two bedrooms on the left. The first bedroom on the left is a bunk room with a twin XL bunk as well as a queen size bed. A full bath connects to both the bedroom and the hallway. Further down the hallway on the left is a corner bedroom with a queen bed and a private ensuite bath. This room has a smart TV that is equipped with a Roku device, but there is not a cable TV package for the house. Upstairs: Our home features an open concept floor plan with an extended kitchen island perfect for sitting for a quick breakfast or cooking a more elaborate meal. Living room: Comfortable *new* three-seat leather couch with cozy throw pillows. Two additional side chairs complement the couch to comfortably seat five adults in the living room. A large smart TV sits on the wall and is equipped with a Roku so you can easily sign into your personal streaming channels. We do not have a cable TV package for the house. Dining room: Large wooden dining table that easily seats six. A leaf (in the primarily closet) can be added to the table to seat 8. Two extra chairs are located on the house. Primary bedroom (upstairs): King bed with brand new sheets and comforter. This room also contains a large dresser with a mirror, two bedside end tables, and a large walk-in closet. This is a large room with ample space surrounding the bed and dresser. A full ensuite bath is attached to the primary bedroom. The bathroom is a split bath whereby the toilet part is separate and has an entrance from the primary bath as well as the hallway. Both spaces have sinks. Garage: Large heated garage suitable for a small car + bike/ski storage. We store an unused car in garage. 2 car max. No RVs Connectivity: The home is equipped with high-speed internet and WiFi suitable for working remotely or streaming your favorite TV shows. As with most mountain homes, we do not have air conditioning. We do provide large fans for your comfort as the nights cool offer nicely in the summer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of a small locked closet under the stairs and a locked ski cabinet in the garage. There is also a personal vehicle in the corner of the garage that is unavailable to guests. Please note, there is also a hot tub on the deck. Unfortunately, it is damaged beyond repair and we are looking to have it removed so please do not touch, Utilities included. Fully furnished. Month one rent due at signing. Security deposit equal to one month's rent due prior to move-in date. No smoking or vaping allowed. One dog permitted. No cats.
