Within the last four years, the roof has been replaced, two treated wood (front and back) porches/decks have been built, the bathroom has been redone/updated and will have the walls and trim painted in the next 2 weeks, and the kitchen has been recently updated as well. There was vinyl siding put on last year. There are two steel doors with deadbolts for security. The septic tank was just emptied last month. It is a wonderful family home. We are Willing to negotiate on the price.
