Original homeowner: About this community... Preston's gated private community is the last of its kind in this area, as no more gated community designs are made available in Cornelius. This area of Cornelius is the CLOSEST 'lake access community' there is to Charlotte (off of exit 25). The Preston community has one of the lowest monthly HOA dues offered in the Lake Norman area as well making this an easy choice.
