We offer a 12 month lease at the special base rate of $1300, or a 6 month lease for an additional 5%. We also have a 3 month option for an additional 10%. We have an additional fee of $40 per adult for water and sewer, and an additional $50/month for washer and dryer. The apartment is all electric and you would pay this through the provider of your choice. You must make 3 times the rental amount, have a credit score of 600 or greater, be on your job for at least 6 months, 1 year of current rental history/mortgage payments, & positive previous rental history. We do not allow anyone with a felony. If you are a full time college student, we will allow a cosigner as long as they meet the criteria.
